• For the orders with private label/logo/brand, the common MOQ is 1000pcs for each item.

2. Could we make a trial order with small quantity?

• Yes, we are acceptable to support customers in the trial order.

3. Will you offer the free samples to check? 

• Yes, we always send free samples for checking, if your further order is up to 500pcs for each item.

4. Will you offer customized logo and colors?

• Yes, we support your customized logo screen printe/laser carving on the toy, remote control, charging cable etc.

• Yes, we can make the customized colors based on your requested Pantone Number.

5. Do you deal with OEM/ODM?

• We can offer project proposal according to customer's requirements.

• We can develop the molds according to the customer's project proposal.

• We can process and produce products for customers based on their molds.

6. Will you offer the sale package and service of design?

• Yes, we offer the neutro-packing without any logo, if needed, we can stick your logo/brand on the package.

• We offer the service of art design for free.

7. Will you offer the certifications for your products?

• We commonly offer the certifications, such as RoHS, CE, MSDS, UN38.3 etc.

8. How can I get the quotations on my interested items?

9. How can I check your product catalog?

• Pls register and you can download the catalog online.

10. What is the payment term?

• T/T 30%: 30% deposit upon confirmation of order and 70% is payable against the original B/L second copy.

• Paypal: only for the order less than US$ 500.

11. What is the delivery time?

• Within 50 working days upon receipt of the deposit.

12. What is the shipping term?

• FOB, CFR, CIF, DDP
